During this time, he also designed and created exhibitions and installations for Museums throughout the world. Including,
‘Hidden Peoples of the Amazon’, ‘Living Arctic’ and 'Paradise' at The Museum of Mankind.
‘Fake’ at The British Museum.
Exhibits for museums also include the Diaspora, Tel Aviv, Israel and The Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles.
Peter Whiteman has exhibited his personal works over the years, predominantly in France and Spain.
An exhibition of his new work is planned for 2012, in West Yorkshire.
Peter, a former partner, and works extensively with long term colleagues, Jane and Jerry Headford of Dartura Art & Design, a company based in West Yorkshire. He is now spending more of his time in the South of France where he lives, returning to his painting work as a Fine Artist and enjoying the finer things in life.
Peter is now collaborating with Russian Artist Natalia Dolgova putting together the Exhibition aptly named "Kindred Spirits". It will be opening on the 20th October 2012 at the North Light Gallery, Brookes Mill, Huddersfield.
